Harit Molecules Foundation
The 'Harit Molecules Foundation' (HMF) is established to support the decarbonization transition by serving as an industry-led platform focused on accelerating India’s decarbonization journey. HMF promotes policy advocacy, knowledge creation, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem development across round-the-clock renewable energy, battery storage, pumped hydro storage, green hydrogen and its derivatives, carbon markets, and other emerging clean energy technologies essential to achieving a low-carbon economy.

Our vision is to accelerate decarbonization by promoting renewable energy, green hydrogen and its derivatives, energy storage, and other clean energy technologies, thereby strengthening energy security, reducing carbon emissions, and supporting sustainable economic growth.
Our Mission
Our mission is to serve as a collaborative platform that works closely with policymakers, industry, academia,and other stakeholders to strengthen India’s clean energy ecosystem.

Advocate for a comprehensive national strategy, standardization and roadmap by providing government bodies and regulatory authorities the relevant information and in-depth analysis.
Industry Representation
Act as a unified voice of stakeholders across the clean energy value chain, represent industry interests in policy discussions, regulatory frameworks & global forums to ensure a conducive business environment.
Promote awareness, capacity building, and knowledge exchange. HMF will facilitate the dissemination of best practices, support skill development, and encourage the adoption of clean energy technologies
Capacity Building & Outreach
Global Collaboration
Collaborate with international bodies and forums to expand knowledge, adopt best practices and put forth industry concerns. HMF will support efforts to position India as a global hub for renewable energy, green hydrogen, battery storage, and low-carbon technologies




Harit Molecules Foundation (HMF) was officially launched on 21st November 2025 at The Oberoi, New Delhi, in the presence of Shri Abhay Bakre, Mission Director, National Green Hydrogen Mission, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE); Mr. Sanjay Sharma, Director (Solar), Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited; and leading industry stakeholders.
